2 Things to Help You Keep Going When Life Gets Tough
We all get tired. Fighting a mental illness every day is no easy task. It takes a lot of strength, courage, and resilience. It takes even more guts to want to thrive beyond recovery—to want to feel joyous and engaged and in love with life.
When life gets tough, we naturally want things to slow down. Sometimes, we trick ourselves into believing the only escape is through completely giving up.
Giving up isn’t the only option
In this episode of Arien Inspires, I answer a question from a brilliant individual who’s struggled a lot. After facing trauma and fighting recovery day in and day out, they wanted to know how to keep going.
Fortunately, there are two great techniques I talk about in this episode that will help you hold on through any hardship. Once you have a great handle on how to keep going, then you can really start transforming your life for the better. Holding on is the foundation for reaching all your dreams.
Here’s why you should keep going
There are so many beautiful things life can offer you. Even when life gets tough, there are still great experiences too. In this episode, I talk about how to notice these positive things, even when it feels like there’s nothing good happening to you.
Things are hard right now and that’s valid. I’ve been there before, when I thought the trauma I faced had stopped me from ever being able to reach my dreams. But gosh, am I glad I kept trying! You can and you will be able to reach all of your goals. In order to do that, you just have to keep going.
Ready to overcome the hardship you’re facing? Give this episode a watch.
Once you’ve given this a watch, I’d absolutely love to hear from you in the comments below.
If you have overcome the desire to give up, please do share what helped you get through it. Remember, your comment could save or transform someone’s life.
If you’re still struggling, can you share one beautiful thing you noticed today? Even though life is tough, there’s bound to be a glimmer of positivity.
Your comments mean a lot. The inspiration, motivation, and help you can provide others through your words is powerful. You can make a difference, even with a single comment.
Thank you so much for your strength and all you bring this world. Keep going—I know you’ll be able to reach the life you dream of.
P.S. If you know someone else struggling, send this blog to them! A simple click and share could make a world of difference to this friend of yours.
