Your inner power is in every step you take to heal from mental illness, ptsd, depression, anxiety, or any other condition

Your Inner Power is in Every Step You Take to Heal

Living with a mental illness takes some serious strength, and that’s a strength you have.

You didn’t choose to have a mental illness, but you are choosing to continue to better yourself and your life despite the challenges you face. This is a choice, to keep going in the face of this hardship. It’s not an easy choice to make, either. When you decide to get up each day, knowing that it’s probably not going to be an easy day, you are rising out of bed with courage and inner power.

You might be thinking “well, this is my life. There’s not much I can do about it.”

And yet, there’s so much you can do. There’s so much you’re already doing.

Your inner power is in the decisions you make, each and every day
