Coaching is a very subjective experience, so returns on purchases are case by case. If you decide to cancel coaching within 7 days of purchasing a package, you will receive a full refund. After those 7 days and before your first coaching session, I will do my best to return the full funds to you but I cannot guarantee the entirety. You will receive at least 80% of your purchase back, in this case.
After you have begun coaching, if you decide you would not like to continue, at least 50% of the remaining sessions will be refunded to you. If you did not like a coaching session, I cannot refund the cost of that particular session (only costs of uncompleted future sessions).
I want to make it clear that I’m generous and more than willing to have a conversation about this! We all have sudden things happen in our lives and I want to support you in any way I can. I will always do my best with this refund policy, but I do want to state I cannot guarantee 100% refunds for all uncompleted work.
